I've got many years dealing with the Arma Community, I could confidently say I've had to deal with every type of person and know how to deal with them appropriately. I want to join this team because its currently lacking in staff and its a very new community. There will always be those type of people that will come along to try and ruin everything, that's how life is. That's why I'm here to try an stop em, but to be honest that's only a small part of the job. I also want to be there just to keep people happy, help em out and keep everybody updated with changes.
